Watergate Park 5K

A fantastic number of Seniors and Juniors took part in Low Fell Running Club's annual 5K. Matthew and Andrew Alderson finished in 6th and 7th place for the Senior Men. The Senior Men also won the team prize and Andrew won the Masters Trail Championship. Liam Friel took the V55 prize and Tom Rutherford the U17s. Tom Burnett and James Leath came 2nd and 3rd in their junior race. Emma Burnett was only other Junior to run, while in the senior race we had Alex, Hedley, Michael, Jamie, Tom, Lee, Stephanie, Deborah, Bernie, Jayne Cuskern, Julie, Jayne Snowball, Nicola, Bridget, Lois and Kat who won 3rd place prize in her age group.
