The brand new 10K, organised in partnership between Run Through and Tyne Bridge Harriers, took place on 20 January 2024.
The course takes in the famous landmarks of the Newcastle Quayside passing the Swing Bridge and under High Level Bridge, Queen Elizabeth II Bridge, King Edward VII Bridge & Redheugh Bridge, before returning the same way. A fast, flat course that offers the potential to run a PB, whilst being accessible to beginners to kick start the year, is sure to become a firm favourite.
It certainly attracted several Blaydon Harriers to its inaugral race.
