Thirteen Blaydon Harriers made the trip to Bedale, North Yorkshire for the Northern Cross Country Championships on Saturday 25 January 2020.
One U/13 boy, Tom Wallace; four U/15 boys, Will Collinson, Joseph Lonnergan, Ben Thorpe and Alex Wallace; one U/17 man, Callum Trainer; and one U/20 man, Daniel Buffham competed for Blaydon.
One U/13 girl, Ellie Fellows, and our North East bronze winning U/17 ladies of Cecilia Reid, Abbie Lewis and Jessica Levy, also raced in the competition.
The seniors were represented by Claire Collinson and Jaycee Shotton.
The best placed Blaydon athletes on the day, were Ellie Fellows and Will Collinson, who were 19th in their respective races and both wore race number 19.
A big thank you to John McPhail and Callum Trainer, who stayed all day and made sure there was a Blaydon tent at the event.
