Three Blaydon Harriers competed in the Leeds Abbey Dash 10k Race today for Age UK. The fast flat course takes the runners through Leeds city centre, offering an amazing atmosphere and a great chance for a PB. By taking part, the athletes are helping Age UK be there for older people in Yorkshire and across the UK.
