The Induction Group (ages 8-11) had a blast on the track with a Halloween themed training session.
The coaches and the athletes all dressed up in costume and had great fun participating in the spooky actitivies: Mummy Relays, Trick or Treat Scavenger Hunt, Bean Bag Throws, Hula Hoop Chain Challenge, and plenty of running, topped off with sweets and hot diggity dogs!
