Coach McPhail ventured out to cheer on the club entries in this years North Tyneside 10k. 5 male and 7 female harriers turned out for the race which took runners through North Shields fish quay, past the Priory and along the coastline, a route boasting some spectacular views along the way, to the finish near St. Mary’s Lighthouse. The five lads were amazing. They made sure they had a good start position and certainly made the most of it with all 5 of them finishing in the top 30 out of nearly 1800 runners! These results deserve huge congratulations…

The ladies came home strong and in high spirits too with a few new PB’s to shout about. Half way along the course there were smiles and waves all round when they spotted John there with his camera!!
